Applicants are closely underwritten to ensure that the group is only accepting those professionals that will assist the organization in maintaining exceptionally low loss ratios; maintaining our marketability to insurance providers.
We offer General Liability, Wrongful Repossession, On-hook and Drive Away coverages. Every member has Excess Liability Coverage, Commercial Crime Coverage and Accidental Death and Dismemberment Coverage for one low price. The repossession business is seasonal; as an example when people receive tax refunds – repossession assignments go down; paying per repossession you’re not locked into a large pre-determined payment, you pay less.

Group Benefits:
“The Whole is Greater than the Sum of It’s Parts.”
Policies offered in a group environment typically help to avoid the concerns of individual policy holders; like being cancelled or non-renewed for a single claim and incurring substantial rate increases due to losses. In contrast, most group policies do not cancel insureds as a result of a single claim because the loss history of the group as a whole is evaluated in lieu of a single policyholder. Group policies also do not increase rates for individual companies, and in the case of a properly managed and monitored group - the rates typically remain stable unless additional coverages are provided to the entire group as a result of meeting industry demands. Currently RSIG is the only group policy available in the recovery industry.
Group policies also provide the important benefit of shared concern with respect to common industry issues. Our organization was developed by those in the industry who saw the need for change and took the initiative to create a program that has evolved over the years to better suit the industry’s needs.
